You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated within this 30-day window to qualify. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.

We will process the exchange once we receive and approve the returned item. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
For items damaged during shipping, we may need to file a claim with the carrier. Your cooperation in providing photos and documentation is appreciated.
Custom-made items created specifically for you through our bespoke design service are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or do not match the approved design specifications. We work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction before final delivery.
Limited edition pieces may be returned within 30 days only if they remain in original, unopened condition with all certificates of authenticity and original packaging intact. Once opened, displayed, or removed from packaging, limited edition items become non-returnable due to their collectible nature and numbered status.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as materials have been purchased and work has commenced.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large furniture items, oversized pieces, or items requiring special handling. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We will inform you if a restocking fee applies before you complete your return.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. Returns must comply with all applicable customs regulations. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
If you refuse delivery or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus shipping fees.
