  4. Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all materials

Important: Do not return items without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Custom and Bespoke Orders

Custom-made items created specifically for you through our bespoke design service are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or do not match the approved design specifications. We work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction before final delivery.

Limited Edition Items

Limited edition pieces may be returned within 30 days only if they remain in original, unopened condition with all certificates of authenticity and original packaging intact. Once opened, displayed, or removed from packaging, limited edition items become non-returnable due to their collectible nature and numbered status.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at assist@removalchargeia.world or +1 212-444-6615. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as materials have been purchased and work has commenced.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large furniture items, oversized pieces, or items requiring special handling. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We will inform you if a restocking fee applies before you complete your return.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. Returns must comply with all applicable customs regulations. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus shipping fees.
